A new “travel section“; a photo journey to may places through my digital “express”, actually the opposite…. such as my first entry: Rørvig, Denmark. Just added is the Reichenau, Bodensee (Germany)….

TP holders (toilet paper holders)
This is a collection of toilet paper holders that I have come across.
They are occasionally a very welcome sight, and once you look a little
closer at them, they are actually quite fascinating. There are people
who spend their lives thinking about them, designing them, producing
and installing them – who are they? Maybe that is another project.
It started with a reflection that looked like a smiley face on my toilet
paperholder at home; that one time of the year when the sun came in
through the window, just right. I was busy with other things at hand
and hoped to record this light again – but then I moved out and now,
I have photographed most of the toiletpaperholders that I come
accross the last 2 years.
a walk in the attic

suitcase
a walk through “the attic”…. we all seem to store stuff up there, it is amazing what one can find – when one searches…. some of us have lived a life of nomads and others have been born in the house that they now live in and will most likely die in. Their attics are not much different actually….
This is a small photo-series from one walk….old wheel, breadcutter, milkjug and cow bells….

Still lives in the attic
This is journey through the past that in some ways lies very quiet, slowly being covered by a blanket of dust, piece by piece. A spider soundlessly weaves it’s web and overlooks this forgotten landscapewith just the sounds that occasionally can be heard from the busy outside world as it passes by.

first day with word press…

wallflowers
So this is the first entry for my word press blog. Lets hope it is a better experience then my last blog, where I got bombarded with very unwanted emails from Russia (with love) etc.
Here are “my Wallflowers” – a collage from a fun photo session with friends. This was my little way saying that these very attractive ladies are a great deal more than wallflowers. It started out as a simple portrait session which then worked its own way to become this collage, resembling wallpaper from the 50′s (my opinion) with it’s *Popart* colours and pattern.
